Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Justina Engebretson
Teenager Spy Danny Caulfield is home for Christmas break from Wilsons Academy, a school for spies. Of course, his parents think he has been attending a boarding school for the past few months. While at home, Danny and his parents are attacked and Danny discovers the shocking truth that his parents are not really his parents at all. Agent Stone and Agent Pearl were assigned to guard Danny years ago, though the purpose of their mission was a great secret even to them. Following the attack, Danny is summed to return to Wilsons immediately, and with poorly concealed bitterness towards the only family he has ever known, he leaves for Wilsons. No sooner does he return, when a murder occurs and Danny and his friends are assigned a dangerous mission. In order to save the Upper World from being overrun by the Lower World, Danny and his pals must retrieve the Treaty Stone before the Ring does. This is no easy task, as the Treaty Stone is in a kingdom called Morne. Morne is a kingdom of the Lower World, though it is located in the Upper World. Will Danny and his friends succeed as they attempt this dangerous feat? Find out by reading the second book in "The Ring of Fire" trilogy. This Middle Reader is an enchanting tale complete with Seraphim, vampire-like healers, deadly ravens, the Unquiet, Beetles of Transmission, and Living Maps. Though many books about good versus evil fill the shelves of book stores and libraries, this one possesses many creative and unique elements that save the book from becoming just another addition to that shelf. Preteens and teenagers who enjoy adventure and fantasy will most likely have a hard time putting this book down. Reviewer: Justina Engebretson

It'll probably be tomorrow. Yes, be good. I'm only disappearing off to my life around me. Just issues going on that need solving. So no of any of my rps. I'll still be emailing your bro so you could talk to me that way still...
