    Could not keep my attention...

This book took my attention and held it for a little bit. But then it lost it. I thought it was boring. I forced myself to finish it.

Come Moonrise by Lucy Monroe is delicious!!

Come Moonrise by Lucy Monroe Coming home is bittersweet for Frankie. Home means Ty. And although Ty is Frankie's best friend, he's also the man she's loved for many years. But her love is rebuffed. Ty is determined to keep Frankie in the best friend category even if his body and his heart yearn for more. Although they are best friends, Ty has never told Frankie that he is a werewolf. And being a werewolf is what keeps Ty from accepting Frankie's love. As a boy, Ty saw what can happen when a werewolf mates with a human and it made a deep and negative impression on his young mind. Ty is determined to keep Frankie in his life but only as his friend. When a snow storm traps Ty and Frankie in an isolated cabin, Ty's determination is tested. Ohmigod. I absolutely adored this book. ADORED IT!! I loved everything about it. I loved Frankie. She's smart and determined. I think she's fearless! I loved Ty. He's strong and handsome and alpha. I love alpha! I totally fell crazy mad in love with Ty. (I am panting for his brother's story. PANTING!) And, I loved the story. The whole childhood friendship developing into romance just does it for me. And let me say that the paranormal aspect of the story is just too delicious. I have this thing for werewolves. They are my favorite paranormal beings. I adore the whole super-human sense of smell thing. It's a total turn on. Ty's werewolf senses just make him hotter than should be allowed by law! I just keep reading Come Moonrise over and over again. I can't get enough of it! Come Moonrise is erotic, romantic and it just captures the imagination. Fans of paranormal romance are going to love Come Moonrise. I know I did!

    Come Moonrise is stellar

Lucy Monroe has written another fascinating and sensual story in Come Moonrise from the anthology Unleashed. ______ Veterinarian Frankie Random has come home to see if her lifelong attraction to friend Ty McCanlup is worth pursuing before she takes a job far away. Ty has always maintained he didn¿t feel that way about her but his eyes tell her a different story. __________ Ty McCanlup also a veterinarian has tried to preserve a just friends stance with Frankie. He even had thoughts of seeing another woman, one of his kind. Ty is a werewolf and has seen the problems that arise when a werewolf takes a human as a mate. ________ But Ty hadn¿t foreseen Frankie and himself being stranded in a one-bedroom cabin during a full moon. You can feel Ty¿s reluctance to explore something more with Frankie as well as his desire for her -_____ What follows is a hot and sexy encounter that leads to something Ty wasn¿t ready to face. However once he crosses that line there is no going back for him. Now he just has to tell Frankie the truth. Will she accept him and his family once she knows? _______ This is a new type of story for Lucy Monroe and she excels. It has her trademark wit and passion but now has a compelling other specie elements. Frankie and Ty sent sparks off he other with just a look or a conversation. I really can¿t wait to read the other stories in this anthology.
