What a great fast pace ...nail biting read. Read this in one day, couldn't put it down. The book is filled with action, Love of The Lord, Family and Friends. I wanted to move in and become one of them.
The main people in the book are Staci and Derrick Garrison, who have been together for 8 years and married for one. Staci had been warned by her family and if she had been listening by God, not to marry Derrick yet. Derrick had been born to a wonderful woman Coraline, an unmarried woman, and a Surgeon who had nothing to do with him. Thus he had a lot of unresolved issues.
There marriage has not been very happy, and Staci should have listened! When Derrick moves out she is devastated, and find comfort in a "friendship" with Malcolm. Now comes the part that should never have happened. They start to make their own decisions without prayer, and leaning on the Lord.
You will wonder if Staci will ever have the children she wants, if she will get back with Derrick, or will Malcolm win her over.
Don't miss this great read, and good points to live a Godly life!
I received this book from the Author Wanda B Campbell, and Tywebbin Virtual Book Tours, and was not required to give a positive review.
A Godly marriage is one where two people come together as one. God is a God of multiplication not addition. Two whole people coming together. So it is 1x1=1 not 1+1= 2. But what happens when you marry someone with Unresolved Issues? You are whole (1), but your spouse isn't (1/2). Derrick and Staci believe their marriage is God ordained. Or is it? Staci loves Derrick and believes he is God's chosen husband for her, but Derrick has a lot of unresolved issues that are tearing apart his marriage. Derrick is battling insecurity, rejection, guilt and the list goes on. Feeling vulnerable, abandoned, and unloved, leaves Staci uncovered when in comes Malcolm stage left. He listens, he wants her, but is he who he claims to be? In over her head, who will Staci choose? Will she believe God and fight for her marriage, or will she fall into the arms of a waiting and more than willing Malcolm? Will Derrick get it together before he looses the best thing that ever happened him?
Wanda Campbell weaves a suspenseful story of complex characters that must come to terms with their Unresolved Issues before they loose what God has given them to cherish.
I really enjoyed this story! Me being a hopeless romantic, I was rooting for Mr. Garrison all the way through! A story of love, remdemption, Gods healing and a bit of drama, but just when you thought it couldn't get any better....it did! Mrs. Campbell sure knows how to write a book stimulating for the mature christian!! Must read!!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Redemption and reconciliation.
Stacelyn Garrison is the C.O.O. of a computer company that is owned by her family. She has a beautiful home and car. She is married to her college sweetheart, Derrick, who owns his own dental practice. Money is not an issue and life is good. Well, at least for a while anyway, but do they marry to soon?
Derrick has issues that he needs to deal with but he will not tell Stacelyn of the problem. He tries to handle it on his own. The question is at what cost? What kind of issues are they? How will it affect his wife and who else is involved, if anyone?
Stacelyn also has a few issues and they only intensify with the secrets that Derrick is carrying. How will they make it through? Will they learn to put their trust in the hands of a higher power or will they go astray?
Unresolved Issues is another well written story by Wanda B. Campbell with a message and a lesson. Although at times it was a little predictable, there were plenty of twists that I didn’t see coming. I look forward to her next release.

Wanda B. Campbell gives us another enjoyable read with “Unresolved Issues”. “Unresolved Issues” is laced with drama, suspense, laughter, romance, and most importantly, Jesus (baby). From the onset of the book we are pulled into Staci and Derrick Garrison’s rocky, near lifeless marriage; and, they’re only newlyweds! They are together, and at the same time, they are miles apart. Staci attempts to bridge the gap, but she is pushed further away. And that’s when the devil slips in and tries to steal, kill, and destroy the Garrison marriage. But thankfully, God is merciful and full of grace!! Be sure that you take your time with this book and catch the reasoning for the title. I “almost” missed it for reading too fast, but it is surely there. Issues left unresolved have the potential to be detrimental in any relationship. One of the things I enjoy about Mrs. Campbell’s books is that she constantly shows that problems don’t just pop up; but, more times than not, there’s always a root to those problems. Good job, Mrs. Campbell! I’m looking forward to your next offering. :)Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
