    Unseen Forces

UNSEEN FORCES, by Ed Kovacs, is a tour de force action-adventure-thriller with a magnetic new hero by the name of Dr. Sky Wilder. My friends and I have been arguing about this name. I love the name and the character. If only he were a real man! Wilder's a brilliant combination of James Bond cool, Harrison Ford's character in Raiders of the Lost Ark, and James Spader's character's intelligence in Star Gate. (Handsome, brilliant, rakish, witty, thinker-outside the box with immense personal charm.) If I was a Hollywood leading man, I'd be wanting to develop this for a movie and a sequel. Kovacs knows how to spin a yarn! This wonderful tale has been woven with some colorful thread. My mother, a couple friends and I all read it and screamed at each other, 'How does he know all this stuff?' From esoteric Egyptian mythology, to astrology to secret government operations. Its incomprehensible that this book has not made it to the bestseller lists yet... It will. Kovacs simply knows how to put it all together and he writes better than some of the finest storytellers of our time. Pick up UNSEEN FORCES and you won't be able to put it down. Hey, I'm paid to look at trends. Remember, you heard it all from Emma first!

    Unseen Forces

I was captivated by Ed Kovac's UNSEEN FORCES. I've read most of Robert Ludlums work, but I loved Kovac's complexity even more, never knowing whose going to do what to whom next! Kovac has a lovely turn of a phrase too - a skilled writer. I like that he stays in the Forsythe/Ludlum genre yet adds esoteric dimensions in a believable way. UNSEEN FORCES is an absolutely remarkable first novel with profound insights into the way organizations, corporations and governments work that many would rather not be known. Far superior to The Da Vinci Code! Kovacs has such a great writing style, he's writing as if this is his tenth novel. One more thing - his locations are so believable, I could feel the different cultures. It's the next best thing to being there!

    Quite a Tale!

Unseen Forces is a rollicking good tale in the Indiana Jones genre. Kovacs masterfully works complex esoteric historical facts into a fast paced action packed story. The hero, Sky Wilder, may be too good to be true, but that never stopped us from loving James Bond. Kovacs knows his conspiracy stuff and keeps us on the edge of our seats trying to figure it out. A great first book! If you appreciate a good adventure tale, you will be glad you gave UF a try. I am anxious to see what's next!!
