Helpful

I have to admit what attracted me to this book was the use of NLP and the confidence building strategies, however, I found it to be more than I had expected. At times I thought I was reading a book from Anthony Robbins because the authors application of NLP is very similar. So if you're a big fan of Robbins and wants to build up your confidence, this book is certainly for you. Not only is it an easy read but just using a few of the techniques the author shares with you, you will definitely boost your confidence more than had you not read this book.

A great book to help those who my doubt themselves and such a boost for those who already have self confidence, but needs to take it to the next level. Especially in going to achieve your dream and purpose.
