The 10 important lessons in this book include the value of taking risks, dealing with stress and anxiety, and learning to enjoy each moment. A kids' how-to book to be a therapist

What a great concept this book is! It shows children how to deal with all kinds of problems and dilemas as well as how to be a better, happier and more exciting child.

    I Also Recommend:

    Empower Children with Unstoppable Me!

From the overwhelming amount of children who suffer from anxiety to the ever expanding habits of making excuses and placing blame, Unstoppable Me! inspires children with stories of children taking control of their choices (feelings, thoughts, words, actions, etc.) and empowering themselves as a result. I use this book as well as others by Wayne Dyer and Steven Covey in my second grade classroom to set my students up for success in school and in life.

    Unstoppable

Dr. Dyer's latest book Unstoppable Me! is a very positive book for children. It is well written to give children encouragement to "soar through life". It reads well without being too preachy for kids. The illustrations are eye catching. I grew up always doing what others wanted for me and I don't want my granddaughters to follow that path. I highly recommend this book.
