"Unthinkable", an incredible must read story

My daughter gave me her copy of Scott's book to read for "inspiration". I lost both legs in 2008 serving in Iraq and she thought it would help. Let me tell you, it did. My faith and outlook on life has changed for the better.

Unthinkable is a great title because it completely fits the story. It's
the kind of book that will make you laugh, cry and maybe even reconsider your faith in God and general outlook on life, cause just when you start to think you can't, there's that part that says "yeah I can". I started reading one afternoon and couldn't put it down. I was reading a book about someone I don't really know and ended up seeing myself -- only I've never competed in an Ironman =) I plan on sharing it with the vets that I'm now working with. Thank you, my friend, for sharing your story with us.

    Unthinkable is UnForgettable!

Scott's story is a tribute to man's ability to triumph over adversity through faith in God. He writes as though he is talking with the reader and the book flows from its horrific beginning to a 'can't talk/can't eat/can't sleep I'm on the last 70 pages' finale. I bought this for a friend who recently lost a leg and cannot wait for him to experience the hope and feelings of potential Scott imparts in this book. Thank you, Scott!

This is the best book I have read in a long time.

I read this book in 24 hrs. Could not put it down. Everyone should read it. It certainly gives you a new perspective about what's important. I would highly recommend it for teens.
