About the Author

Ismail Khalidi is a Palestinian/Lebanese American playwright, screenwriter and theater director whose work tackles the history of Palestine and the modern Middle East, as well as wider themes of race, colonialism, displacement and war.

Michael Malek Najjar, PhD, is a Professor of Theatre Arts with the University of Oregon, USA. Author: Middle Eastern American Theatre: Communities, Cultures and Artists. Editor: The Selected Works of Yussef El Guindi; Heather Raffo's Iraq Plays: The Things That Can't Be Said. Co-editor: The Vagrant Trilogy: Three Plays by Mona Mansour.

Hala Baki, PhD, is a Lecturer in Theatre at California Polytechnic State University. USA. Research interests: Arab American theatre, conditions of theatrical production, and diaspora studies. Publications: The Vagrant Trilogy: Three Plays by Mona Mansour and Dispute in the Diaspora: Metaphor and Contradictions in Arab American Drama.
Michael Malek Najjar is an associate professor of Theatre Arts at the University of Oregon, USA with a specialization/ concentration in Arab American and Middle Eastern Theatre forms.
