Overview

It’s the start of the school year, and the popular girls have decided to throw the best party, one their friends will never forget. But hooking up and hanging out are the farthest things from their minds when the unthinkable happens: Someone doesn't make it out of the party alive.

The death is declared a suicide, but nothing quite adds up. Convinced there’s a murderer on the loose, no one knows who they can turn to or who they can trust. Nowhere is safe, not the homecoming dance, not even graduation.

The truth will terrify them, but it must be revealed. Their lives depend on it.

This description is correct; Remember Me is similar to this series, but once you get into it, it's completely different.
I loved this book. Bubbly Jessica, intelligent Mike... I liked them all. I found myself feeling terribly sorry for Polly and Alice. I finished this in tears, Beautiful book.

The description for this book is actually wrong. This is the summary of the Remember Me, trilogy. I have not read Until the End myself, but I noticed that the description for Remember Me is also wrong.

    A Must Read!

I became a huge Christopher Pike fan in seventh grade when a friend gave me a copy of "Witch". I then devoured everything with his name in it. The Final Friends Trilogy, originally released in 1988, is my favorite. I still re-read it to this day, 23 years later. I even named my son after Micheal Olson, the hero of the story. I don't know how he does it, but Pike always writes his teenage girl characters with such authenticity. I immediately indentified with Jessica, Sara and Polly. In the book, there is a murder,a near fatal accident, explosions, heartbreak and love. And as with all of his books, you never really know who the bad guy is until the very end. I highly recommend this book, along with all his other works. You may want to check out the "Remember me" trilogy as well as "Master of Murder".
