Meet the Author

The moment Sandra Ross held her first romance novel when she was ten, she knew she was going to write romance. At thirty now, a prolific reader and a freelance writer, she's since then expanded her preferences from just romance to romance with a dash of now trending sub-genres—paranormal , fantasy, sci-fi even, and erotica. She loves challenging herself and would write on a dare. On a normal day, she would be found in her herb garden collecting spices for her kitchen or ingredients for her potions; in her huge eclectic Provencal kitchen with the big modern oven cooking pots and pans of food for her family of one husband and three kids (an ardent daughter and two boisterous sons) that'll probably last for weeks; in her library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and an e-reader in her hands as she reads the latest erotic hit; or scribbling pages upon pages of different erotic lifestyles, searching for the one that feels like it was inspired by just the right mix of passion, story line, and sex. Aside from these activities, the rest of the time she'd be found in front of her laptop typing the latest Sandra Ross concoction for her readers.

    Good read!

Untouched: A Murder Mystery and Erotic Love Story by Sandra Ross was an awesome read.
I love romances and how they make me feel. Add them with a bit of romance and you got me! Sandra Ross surely had me squealing with this book.

I can’t believe how quickly I read through this book. I went through the book as if it was giving me life. I was so engrossed in the book that when it ended I got that feeling of loss and abandonment. It was that good.

I really loved the eroticism in this book. The sex and erotica was incredibly steamy! I have to wonder how Sandra Ross actually sat still when she was writing it. Her added element of mystery only adds to the appeal of the book.

Sandra Ross wrote carefully, putting elements into the story that you would not have imagined there. She will surprise you at intervals, make you beg at others and make you scream. If you’re intensely emotional, then be prepared to be brought through a rollercoaster ride.

This book is for anyone who wants a good read, a good book to curl up with if you’re alone, a good book that will have you oohing and aahing.

I found that Sandra Ross wrote very clearly and simply. I love her writing and her humor in the text. She really engages you and draws you in, so much that you may read through as fast as I did and not even realize till you reach the end.

    I got goose bumps!

Okay, I'll admit it, I am becoming more and more intrigued with this writer as I go along. I love murder and whenever you season it with a
dash of mystery and a sprinkle of some spicy erotic moments throughout my taste buds go crazy. I will say that when it comes to Sandra
Ross and her ability to depict that dark element required to make the hairs at the back of my neck stand at attention, she needs a little
    push.
I felt as though I was on a roller coaster ride, there were some highs and lows. The high naturally was the sex but the lows for me was
the overwhelming descriptions. Sometimes being a bit vague can add to the mystery. Its like covering a warm naked body with a thick
blanket. Just the way the fabric drapes the contours of the female form makes you wonder with an ache between your thighs as to what
beauty lies beneath those covers. The over description robs you of that pleasure.
I find the idea that in the wake of a tragedy Abby unexpectedly finds comfort in an old flame very intriguing. Ethan comes in at just the right
time to take her from a state of depression to thrust her into total euphoric erotic satisfaction. Ethan strokes more than the sensitive flesh
between her thighs, he strokes her ego and soothes her heart. In this book I see that Sandra has made Ethan somewhat of a 'cure'.
Don't we all want that cure, the end all to our suffering?. Again the message is there, take a second look, not all that's in the past should
stay there. Perhaps Ethan was not good for her in the beginning but life has shaped Abby's character to be more receptive to him and he
swoops in just as she ripens.
There is also that question about the power of fate and destiny being proven here. Was it fate that brought them back together? Think
about it, how would you feel in such a situation? I can relate to Abby's perplexity when she came to realize that the detective assigned to
her case was her ex. The only difference between my reaction and hers is that considering how smoldering Ethan was, I would have tore
his clothes off right then and there.
There was enough suspense throughout the book to prevent me from putting it down after getting past the first few pages. Even though
this book was significantly longer than some of her other books, I felt the story could have been drawn out a bit. This is another good one
from Sandra Ross. Although I prefer reading the paranormal type stories, this was a refreshing deviation.

Abby is a beautiful woman whose friend has gone missing mysterio

Abby is a beautiful woman whose friend has gone missing mysteriously.

From the first sentences of the story, Sandra Ross was able to tickle my wondering mind, as together with Abby, I asked where Tara could have been. As I go along reading the story, I find hints and clues that Tara was missing - most conclusively was the news on TV about women who had gone AWOL. It is human nature that we do not think of the worse yet when we can have a hold on every hope available. This makes Abby a relatable character.

Then came the hunky, can-I-take-home detective, Ethan Webb who was Abby's old flame. And by solving the said mystery with Detective Webb, that old flame rekindled to a smoldering fire!

This romance part of the story is steaming hot with sexual tensions that if you don't watch yourself out, you'll get carried away!

I love the handsome Detective Ethan Webb! How could I not when this sexy guy is also Abby's shoulder to lean on during the trying days when Tara was found dead? The only guy who ensures she could find justice for her friend? The guy whose kisses and touch Abby couldn't resist? I could imagine how sizzling hot it was on the bedroom!

I only wish the writer was able to give the same focus on the murder facet of the story. Mystery stories always have pull to readers. It is like the writer lays out a puzzle and the readers will try to solve the problem along with the story's character. Until both get to the end and find who the culprit is. Mystery solved!

This, I think, already had the beginning of a detective story. Add to it is their sizzling romance and it would surely have a heart-stopping, breath-taking, sexually charged sensual murder mystery that it could have been.

Gruesome murders and highly erotic sex¿this is a good descriptio

Gruesome murders and highly erotic sex…this is a good description of Sandra Ross’ book ‘Untouched: A Murder Mystery and Erotic Love Story’. At first, I didn’t see how the two genres could work together since erotica tends to be a little more upbeat than a murder investigation. But Ross manages to pull it off pretty well, and the result is an engaging little read that captures the essence of both genres well in an eBook that is in turns disturbing and highly engaging.
The protagonist, Abby, is tired of being alone, having been out of a romantic relationship for a while. She is thrust back into the presence of her former flame when her roommate goes missing and subsequently turns up dead, the apparent latest victim in a string of similar, brutal murders. She has to deal with her grief over the loss of her friend, and the conflicting emotions of being so close to her ex, who happens to be the guy assigned to the murder investigation. There is a lot of high drama, and the characters are all pretty likeable, so you really want to find out what happens in the end.
In true Sandra Ross style there is plenty of sex and innuendo. The sex scenes are hot, steamy, and fairly believable. I can buy that someone who has been resorting to self-pleasuring for a while can jump straight into the sack with an old flame, especially in a time of emotional crisis. Ethan seems like he was the one that got away, so Abby would do well to reel him back in while she can. Their encounters between the sheets left me feeling a little breathless, and made me want to call my husband up to bed with me!
When I first read the title, I thought it was going to be a slightly different type of erotica, but was pleasantly surprised to see how it related to the story. The author has a funny way of doing that with some of her books, and I guess that’s just to keep us readers guessing at what we are going to get when we look inside. I have yet to really find one of her books that I didn’t like, and they are all a little different from the standard erotica that I have seen elsewhere on the Kindle site.
The book kept me guessing til the end, and the sexy scenes would have made me blush if I were reading them in polite company, so I would rate this as a pretty good read. It helps that I like both murder mysteries and erotica, so this seemingly unlikely combination of the two worked just fine for me.

Untouched by Sandra Ross is a book intertwined with various story angles intermixed within the story. The premise of the story is strong with layers of suspense to hold the reader’s interest. However, the title could have been worded more succinctly and less explicitly. Less is more still holds especially in this age of short attention spans.
The language used in the book is crisp and flows smoothly. The descriptive words are appropriate. The protagonist in the book is a single woman called Abby. She comes home from work one day and finds that her roommate Tara is not at home. After looking for her and waiting up for her, she finally decides to go to sleep. The next morning, Tara is still not back. Abby decides to contact the relevant authorities and makes a missing person’s report at the police station. Coincidently, at the police station, the person assigned to her case is her old flame Ethan Webb. Old memories come back and emotions rise to the fore. Fleeting thoughts of rekindling the romance goes through her mind.
The story has unexpected twists to keep the reader’s interest especially when Tara’s body is found. A murder story arouses most people’s interest and this was no exception for me.
Abby’s character has been well developed. Her lifestyle, actions, emotions, hopes and thoughts have been described well. Typical single working woman’s persona. The only snag is Ross’s tendency to over describe and over narrate.
Overall, I will award four stars for this interesting book.

    Remembered passion

Sometimes it’s happened – a man who was a bright part of our past, suddenly appears one day and everything starts going wrong. It was in my life once. That’s why I bought “Untouched” by Sandra Ross and started reading. I like it, as I see some parts very realistic, it is full of passion and extremely bright remembered sexuality.

The main character, Abby, faces with one of the hardest moment in life – her friend is dead. And exactly in this terrible moment she meets Ethan, an old flame. Their past passion explodes unbelievably strong. Moreover, Ethan supports Abby in this uneasy period of life. When the Tara’s body was found everything gets more complicated. So, where will the road of passion and desire lead the main characters? I will not talk more about the story, for it will be still interesting for reading. I can add only that the final is quite unexpected for me.

The “Untouched” is full of sexuality and hot desires. A passion of the characters drives them crazy and this will be a challenge for your mind, as well. Moreover, unbelievable bed-scenes add a tension. I believe you will read this book quickly and will be satisfied by all range of emotions – scare, passion, despair and hope.
