This book was a very easy read. I had a lot of light bulbs that went off when reading this book. There is some good information about how to tackle the Urban Schools. All in all, it would be a good book to read to give you a better insight to urban schools. Remember, this is just one author's opinion though. Take what you want from it. I didn't always agree with everything she had to say.
