Much of the NLP that came before this book was about how to help someone ELSE change. The rules are a little different when you're changing yourself. This is a great little book, and if you've never read anything by Bandler, be prepared to experience genius. He thinks outside the box and this book will shed light on your own thinking in a way that will blow your mind. Bandler gives you simple tools to change the way you think -- not WHAT you think, but the WAY you think -- so you can change your actions and your feelings. I'm the author of the book, Self-Help Stuff That Works, and I'm an expert on self-help. This book is a great resource for those who wish to help themselves.

A clear, fun and immensely important book on using your brain. With the shelves packed with Self Help, it is refreshing to read a book that opens up new channels for instant change in your life. Richard Bandler, the creative and unorthodox force that developed NLP brings us on a journey of how we do the things we do in our brains each and every second. Those voices and pictures that we all have inside our heads are yours to play and grow with. Bandler shows us how. Buy, read, use and be more of yourself everyday. A brilliant and groundbreaking work.
