The spirit of UC Berkeley's comparative literature department is multidisciplinary, which is exactly the essence of Vagabond Multilingual Journal. We are dedicated to taking the literary space to new heights by publishing up and coming artists who push the boundaries in literature, thought, and culture.

Vagabond publishes original poetry and prose, written in various languages, as well as visual art and photography. Works are written by undergraduates from all around the world. We seek to showcase multilingual creative works in order to foster interests in multilingualism, promote diversity, and support multiculturalism.
