    not that good

Well, I was expecting a very fast paced suspense thriller but instead I get a very common and typical story which revolves around Russian government and such.

Good WWII suspense novel. Fiction but it includes some actual events and facts. A few dead sections but once you get towards the end, it's difficult to put down. If you enjoyed Higgins' other WWII novels you'll enjoy this one.

    Fiction Fast Food

This book reminded me of a trip to McDonald's. It tastes okay and does the job, but that's about all. The characters are pretty cliché and so are their lines. "All roads lead to hell." The story could have been great, given that the main character was Hitler's right-hand man. Sadly, it was just okay. A final thought (that doesn't give anything away)..If you don't mind the type of story where a spy is a spy because of cutting edge surgery that enables him to look just like someone else then this book might be okay for you.
