As the founder of Braxton Associates, Deloitte Consulting's rapidly growing global strategy practice, he has dealt with growth first-hand. An internationally accomplished consultant and innovator of growth methodologies, Doorley's work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and other leading business publications. He is also co-author of Teaming Up for the 90's.

JOHN M. DONOVAN is Deloitte & Touche's global leader of value-based management (VBM) and heads the firm's strategy practice in the mid-western United States.
