Meet the Author

An only child, essentially raised by her grandparents, Meagan read voraciously and always had a passion for the written word. She even wrote a young adult romance novel in high school. However, her main passion had always been dance. So, while Meagan dreamed of one day penning an Academy Award-winning screenplay and accepting her Oscar, she left California for Colorado State University to pursue a degree in the arts instead. Little did she know she wouldn't like the frigid winters found at the foot of the Rockies. Or that she'd one day decide the dancing (and the weather) was much better in L.A. So, after a few years at CSU, she moved back to the warm California sun, attending San Diego State University.

Currently, Meagan lives back in the cold (don't ask her why) near Madison, Wisconsin, with her two kids and beloved Himalayan cat. She still loves to dance. In fact, Meagan's a certified Zumba Instructor, who can be found shakin' it with the other gym rats all week long.

And she still thinks that if Ben and Matt can win an Oscar, then so can she.

You can find out more about Meagan and her books at her website. She loves to hear from readers, so feel free to email her or join her newsletter, A Little Bit of Magic, for info, excerpts and fun contests available only to group members.

    it had potential...

This could have been a great purchase, but it is only a few chapters and ends quite abruptly right as things are getting good. It wasn't worth it for $2.99.

Midna ¤ Myst ¤ Fyre Storm ~ Bio Others ~ Update

    Midna
Midna has a prickly personality. She isn't open to new people, but she will open up once you get to know her. Midna has a sad and dark past, and prefers not to talk about it. Some things people say remind her of her past, and in this way, she can be very sensitive. Midna used to be a bear and mother of Kalik and Taqqiq, but all memories of being a bear are gone. Midna now is a Twilight Elf. And she will do anything to protect those she loves and cares about... even if it means getting herself killed.
__________
Myst
Fae Elves control weather. Without Fae Elves, the world will be chaos and every creature will be doomed. Myst knows that. And being the last of her race, she is very cautious. She isn't very open to new people, and she can get easily attached to people. She had a living nightmare for her past. Myst feels lonely quite often, and doesn't like being lonely. She is never afraid to speak her mind, and will stand up for others.
__________
Fyre Storm
Fyre Storm is an odd dragon. She is truly a Firedragon, but she can shift into other dragons. She has many weapons and abilities. In her true form; her Firedragon form; she can set herself on fire, much like a Monstrous Nightmare. She can heat herself up to scorching tempratures, poison enemies with her tail, breathe fire, and survive scorching heat. She has all the weapons and abilities of the other species when she is in that form. Her mate is Goldstreak. Her dragonets are Sunny; a female golden SandWing with a poison barb on her tail and green eyes; Snowstorm; a female IceWing with very pale blue scales and white wing membranes; Anemone; a pale blue female SeaWing with hints of pink on her wings, tail, snout, horns, and ears; Skycatcher; a black female NightWing with blue eyes; and Flame; a red male SkyWing with orange wing membranes. Her siggy is &#9788 &Gamma&gamma&pi&epsilon &#x5668 S&tau&sigma&pi<_>m &#9788. Her theme song is Firework by Katie Perry.
__________

Anything else, just ask us!
