Vampire of the Round Table

Obsessed with acquiring the Holy Grail for the Lasombra clan, the vampire Montrovant sets out on a quest that pits him against the Knights Templar, and sends him through the lair of an ancient Egyptian evil and the deserts of the Holy Land. Dark forces plot against him. Allies cannot be trusted. And deceit leads to treachery and back again in a race against time, the Church and the vampire Kli Kodesh, who is even more ancient than Montrovant's sire Claudius.

Only persistence, luck and the strength of his own will can see Montrovant through to his goal. Any mistake could mean his destruction.

The Dark Ages Engulf Us

This novel is the first book of The Grails Covenant, a trilogy of novels set in the world of Vampire: The Dark Ages. While complete unto itself, the trilogy involves characters and plots that crossover with a modern Vampire: The Masquerade story, as told in The Trilogy of the Blood Curse "TM" .

Great Dark Fantasy trilogy starts here!

I've mostly read high fantasy books, so this was a lot different then what I was used to reading, but I really enjoyed it. The plot and the characters were beautifully done, and I loved the second and third books even more. I wish the author would write more about these characters, three books is not enough!
