I have just bought this book and last night I made the chocolate chip brownies... they were just like the author says: "fudgy and cakey", absolutely delicious and perfect!!! I have been reading it and all the recipes look delicious, very simple and easy to make. I find it very helpful since it also gives you lot of baking tips and it tells you how to make dairy-free buttermilk, margarine, sour cream and heavy cream! It is really a must have for us vegans who like baking.
i like this book a lot. the only thing i would add is the nutitional information. the recipes i have tried are very good.
