The recipes are great and delicious.We all know that vegan cooking can be a complicated matter, but with this easy to follow recipe book, I found myself discovering a whole new world of food. Often times you find books on cooking a bit complicated or lacking a real world value, but that’s not the case here, you get everything you need to move forward, written in a very easy to follow manner. I found it to be great, and the food is amazing, all vegan, and brilliant. For those that want to learn how to cook delicious, non-meat meals, this is a blessing.This is the best book to start with vegan.It is very informative and helpful.
