    Sample is pathetic

    The ebook sample only goes up to the acknowledgements page. How is someone supposed to evaluate it before purchasing? Defeats the purpose of a free sample.

    An easy to read guide for those who want to "go vegan" but aren't sure how to start.

    People who need organization and step-by-step management will find this book very helpful. I read it in one sitting but kept going back. This book has some basic facts about veganism, but I feel the reader should go to other sources to get more detailed information. The websites listed provide good background information and lots of recipies and are a great complement to the book.

    One of the worst books I ever wasted money on. Nothing helpful here. There are much better books on the market.

    Love it, love it, love it! Gotta have it, gotta have it, gotta have it! And how often do you hear someone say that about a book?

    I've been toying with the idea of going vegan for a while now & when I saw this book by Sarah Taylor, it was the "just right fit" I'd been searching for! Oftentimes, we're intimidated by taking on a challenge because it all seems so hard to begin & stick with a new way of doing things. This book makes it so incredibly easy to take it one day at a time & by the time you're on the last day, you're a whole new you. A better, healthier, kinder, gentler human being. Sarah Taylor is the sort of teacher we all want to have in our lives-kind, compassionate, helpful, understanding, someone who knows how hard this new way of living can be & who is able to guide us with insight & humor. I refer to this book often even now that I've passed the initial 30 days & it always leaves me with more to think about. This book is a terrific addition to any library & a wonderful gift idea for people trying to find their way into a healthier, saner way of life.
