I had gotten this book to help indroduce vegan foods to my son who is having a hard time adjusting to our new eating habitats. We do NOT eat like this every day but this book does allow him help pick out meals that he thinks he'll enjoy. It does get him used to the flavors of the different vegan subistutes (like "cheese") and because it's "junk food" he thinks it's great. It has helped him try other, more healthier vegan meals I've prepared that he's liked eating. This book has defiantly been worth it! (His favorite recipe out of this book so far is the vegan pizza rolls).
