All of their cookbooks are amazing, and this one did not disappoint! Pie-making deconstructed and made to be much less intimidating. Cheesecakes without faux cream cheese??? Who knew? I love every pie I have made so far and look forward to making all the rest!
My son has many food allergies and I was so stunned to find soooo many great recipes in the authors' cookie recipes book,which I LOVE. THIS pie recipes book however tells you right up front that they use a lot of cashews and silken tofu. Sad to say that this will not be added to my cookbook collection, especially since I love pies.
