I felt that for the title that given to the book, it was very detailed. Although the recipes might be simple, getting to that point seemed a task. I could tell that the author seemed to be aiming towards the crowd that might be thinking of going Vegan but is not totally convinced.

Vegan Recipes in 30 minutes is an exceptional cookbook. It gives the history of veganism. It also tells the reader how and where to get nutrients that are usually only thought to be available from animal based foods. It gives tips on how to ease into a vegan lifestyle. My favorite part of the recipes. Even vegans need is the dessert

A fabulous book for all levels of Vegan cooks especially for beginners as it has a section that explains Veganism and what to eat and what not to eat. Along with how to get the vitamins your body needs. The recipes are simple, quick and tasty! A great addition to everyone's cookbook library!

I loved this book.I recently decided that i want to eat better and eat no meat.This book has hundreds of great vegan recipes.I have already tried one of them and it was so good.This book was really easy to understand and the ingredients most recipes call for are really easy to get.This is a great book for anyone.

This is a great book for anyone that is interested in a Vegan Diet. In the beginning of the book it gives you a history of the Vegan diet and guidelines of what exactly is considered Vegan. The recipes in this book are very simple and easy to do. I’m not much of a cook but I could follow these recipes easily. It will be difficult to incorporate these recipes into my family however. A lot of these recipes call for the Kale or other green vegetables for protein and other nutrients. My husband can not eat green vegetables for health reasons. I highly recommend this book for anyone that wants to switch to a total Vegan diet or just eat a bit healthier.

This recipe book definitely gave the definition of vegan. The book list products to use and not to use and have a few bright and lively pictures. The book told about breakfast foods, dinners and desserts. It gave a table about the Dirty Dozen and fifteen clean foods, a conversions chart. Though I am not Vegan Learned what  vegan is and why it is healthy living.

This book introduces the reader to the Vegan plant based concept. Many of the recipes are straight forward and simple to use. This book offers a variety of dietary sources for someone new to this concept or for someone looking for something different to eat. The concept of Vegan is not for everyone entirely but having another option for our daily diet is a good thing to look into. This book offers that variety.

Great cookbook for new or potentially interested vegans! Personally, "vegan" is a lifestyle I'm interested in for its health benefits, but not  something I actively practice. This cookbook had a ton of practical recipes, most of which don't require too many "specialized" ingredients  that the average person doesn't have. If you're looking to actually become vegan this could probably be a good starting point, and if you're  interested in adding some more color, tastes, and variety to your diet - with some of the health benefits of being vegan - this a great book for  you!

In few words, this book illustrates the idea that the more thoughtful you are about what you eat, the better your chance of, easily and simply moving to a better lifestyle . Recipes and guidelines for vegan cooking were clear and ingredients were most often found at your local grocery store. There are a number I'm adding to my own weekly cooking and this is a book I plan to buy for those already interested in a vegan lifestyle.

You get exactly what you are looking for. I expected to get some great easy to make vegan recipes that I could add to my diet. I am somewhat of a picky eater and have bought many similar recipe books, and haven't been able to take too much for them. But with this ebook I have tried many of the recipes included and look forward to trying the rest.

I think the book well put together, I didn't find myself looking at recipe wondering if the instructions meant  one thing or another thing< Which I appreciate more than you'll ever know . I bought the book because I had been on the fence about going vegan,... well I can say  after following a few of these recipes I can say its actually pretty good. Even my 3yr old enjoyed the foo. In couldnt get my husband passed the "its Vegan"part. lol but its a great book for a beginner, so I'd assume the same would ring true for the more seasoned Vegan.^_^

It’s contains dozens of recipes for quick, simple, and affordable vegan meals/snacks, and is full of facts and tips to help make your transition to veganism easier, more effective, and very enjoyable.

I enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it to anyone considering a vegan diet or lifestyle. It made becoming a vegan much less scary and intimidating. The book is very well written and the number of recipes is amazing. This is a wonderful book for anyone exploring the world of foods and lifestyles.

Holding so many clever ideas for gorge-worthy snacks as well as plenty of variety to choose from between main dishes or breakfast or even salads in this compact Vegan guide should not be this simple, but lo and behold, it is!  Holding true to its title, this book offers a variety of quick and easy pallet pleasers!  Laying out and explaining in detail the pros and cons of the Vegan dietary lifestyle, this book backs up its claims that it relies solely on affordable, fresh and natural ingredients that nourish the body naturally.  It even includes plenty of tofu options, but not just regular tofu recipes,no... they blow your mind with fantastic options such as Grilled Pesto Tofu- and I  highly recommend the lettuce wraps!

This is a nifty little book that does what it says without overloading you with too much unnecessary information. The recipes contain less than 10 ingredients each, and most of them are easy to find rather than too exotic. Also, all-natural ingredients are recommended, a fact that is important to me on my journey to eating better. What I appreciate most is probably the fact that the book is budget-friendly too.

I haven’t had experience with the Vegan lifestyle, so it was fun for me to receive this book as a gift. There are 106 recipes and color photos with each chapter. The directions are written simply, even I can understand them—I don’t cook often. The recipes include the Prep time and the Cooking Time. There are conversion charts, indexes and even a seven-day meal plan to begin eating vegan. There are recipes for soups, salads, desserts, smoothies…I’m looking forward to using this book.

Vegan Recipes in Thirty Minutes is a great, practical handbook for anyone who wants to jump into vegan lifestyle head-on; the book’s first two chapters cover preparation methods and what to buy for the full household, and then covers recipes for every kind of meal and situation: breakfasts, desserts, soups, international, etc.  Definitely have it on your phone for reference in any given vegan situation.

This book was an easy-to-read guide to living the Vegan lifestyle.  With a variety of simple and tasty recipes, it takes the hassle out of meal planning.  Not only does it contain several recipes that will delight from morning until night, but it details which vegetable-based foods provide the specific vitamins, nutrients and proteins your body needs for a well-energized and healthy lifestyle. It even takes the guesswork out of which foods to avoid.  I had no idea that some bagels contain an amino acid that is derived from human hair...yuck!

I would absolutely recommend this book to my omni, vegetarian and vegan friends. It is easy enough to follow and the recipes are a combination of comfort food and new flavors to expand the palate. The intro to Veganism is also light enough for anyone to be interested in reading it. I am excited to cook from this book!

Yummy Recipes!!  I have made 2 of the recipes, and both were yummy and easy to make.  I made the Four-Bean chili, and the Spicy Gazpacho soup, the recipes were easy to double for a large family or to leftovers for lunch.  I had many of the ingredients for both recipes in my pantry already, so that was nice.  My kids really loved the chili and didn't even believe me when I told them it was completely Vegan.  Next I will be making the Black Bean Avocado Wraps, yummy!!    My one criticism with this book is the writer does not give the calorie count on any of the recipes.  I know that eating Vegan is healthier, but a calorie count is still nice.  I received this book at no cost.

As a ravenous carnivore, I didn't think I would find anything that I would like in this cookbook. Due to recent health Issues, I have to give up my favs like fried and spicy foods. This cookbook was a savior! While I can't say that I will be going full vegan anytime soon, there are so many recipes that will become weekly staples, like the quick pad thai. Yum!

The Best Vegan Starter This book, Vegan Recipes in 30 Minutes, is the best vegan starter book in the market. There are too many books out there that provide too much or unnecessary information about veganism and the vegan diet. This book is not one of them – this one provides the essential basics of the vegan diet in a simple and easy-to-follow recipe book. An excellent guide for vegans.

“Veganism starts with vegetarians and carries it through its logical conclusions.” When I purchased this book I learned that not only does it help with a “cruelty-free lifestyle”, but it also contributes towards good health. This book shows you how to eat in Vegan lifestyle that celebrities such as Ellen, Shania Twain, Kristen Bell, and Tobey Macguire have chosen to adopt. It helps you get your intake of fruits, veggies, and grains in the most delicious and simple way possible. This book opened my eyes to a lifestyle that I had never given much thought to, but now I can’t wait to make a change.
