This book is amazing. Every recipe I have made has turned out beautifully. There are very few specialty items used, and those that are are pantry friendly, so you can stock up. The flavors are layered and authentic. There are recipes that remind me of restaurant favorites, and recipes unlike anything I have ever tasted. Do yourself a favor and buy this book!
