    Vegan Cook Book - Delicious Vegan Diet Recipes

    Recipes from this cook book with a gourmet focus on nutrition and health are now on veggievision and the BBC website. A vegetarian and vegan dream and anyone else wanting to eat more healthily. From chocolate cake, cookies and desserts to crock pot recipes - with more pictures than moosewood you wont find anything like this in good housekeeping, betty crocker, fanny farmer or delia smith Not a diet book but as 2005 research shows vegan diet can help weight watcher, south beach and even diabetic low carb fans.
