Today, Seressia weaves the ideals in her winning essay into stories of diverse people realizing the universal dreams of love and acceptance. She has published four titles thus far. The latest title, Through the Fire, was chosen for Black Expressions Book Club. In each of her books, no matter the setting, Seressia strives to touch the heart of readers. A resident of Atlanta, Seressia works full time as an instructional designer for an international home improvement company. Natalie Dunbar is a Detroit native and lover of books and writing.
