I found this book in a quaint little bookstore while on vacation and it is one of my most used and most loved cookbooks now. My husband and I decided to incorporate more vegetarian dishes into our diet on a regular basis and this cookbook (I believe Margaret Barca is the author) had so many unique recipes that made the vegetarian dishes taste like good meals, not just a meal that was missing meat. The flavors are amazing. We rate each recipe (5 being the best) after eating it that evening and there are mostly 4's and 5's written in our book! The author is from Australia I believe, which as an American, made it a little interesting to understand some of the names of the ingredients; however, a quick Google search resolved this for me. Also, some of the ingredients were a little hard to find and a few times I had to eliminate some from the recipes or, again, google a substitute. My tip: don't be scared of the ingredients just because you've never seen or heard of it. Search for it and try out the dish-they're delicious!
