If I could give this book a minus rating I would. The title is misleading. As someone who is trying to switch to a plant based diet, this book was of no help whatsoever. There is no diet plan to help people switch to a vegetarian diet., no recipes, nothing to help anyone from "being bored with limited selections of food." All it gives is a few sentences on each of the different levels of vegetarianism. This is an 11 pamphlet, mostly putting forth PETA's beliefs. I have seen term papers written by junior high students that have been better researched and written than this alleged book. Barnes and Noble should protect their reputation as book sellers and remove this title from their nook library.
