The change has been truly life altering, and I have this book to thank for opening my eyes and getting me started on the right path.

    Not for most....

This book while may be very good factually is much to dense for the average reader. Can't even force myself to read more than two chapters. Written in an almost british type of english which made understanding it a little bit tough, added with the denseness made it almost impossible to extract useable knowledge from the book. Plus its only 89 pages long.

    Dull

Good description of the philosophies behind the different types of vegitarians. However, if you are eager for creative and delicious vegitarian recipies, then this is not the book for you.
