    Excellent and Delightful

    This book was the first cookbook of vegetarian cuisine that I owned in the late 70's, early 80's. It was lost in a series of moves and I have missed this book from my kitchen. The recipes are excellent, easy to prepare and produce and all a joy to read. This source of good food works for connoisseurs of good simple food with a dash of elan. P.S. Also has the best gazpacho recipe I have ever found!

    great recipes

    I bought this book in the 70's and it fell apart from so much use. Eventually I through it out since I had so many other vegetarian cookbooks. Through the years I sadly missed many of the recipes. It has by far the best vegetarian recipes that I have ever seen in 30+ years. Recently trying to cook more vegetarian for my family caused me to search for this old book and I am thrilled to see it still available.
