Everyone should be aware that this book is not for your everyday American cook, there are quite a few ingredients that we are not familiar with. This book is also somewhat of a plug for Allinson's wheatflour and does not use your typical measurements like cups, tbsp, and tsp. The recipes also do call for large quantities and since I was not familiar with the measurements I did not know how to halve or even quarter them.
