Lots of great info, recipes and pictures but the ads became too much! I know it's how magazines stay in business but ads have become too much filler. I can get great recipes and info for free at other online sites for vegetarian/vegan stuff.

too many high sugar, high fat items. prefer to see more nutrition oriented recipes

This is a great magazine, and I get a ton of great recipes and ideas from it. Unfortunately, if I want to actually use a recipe, I have to cut and paste the text into a Pages doc on my iPad, and then email that doc to my laptop, and then print THAT out. Too much hassle, and since the entire purpose of getting the magazine is recipes, it seems best to just buy a print subscription. So I've cancelled my Nook version and subscribed. Nook (and/or the magazine publishers) need to make it easier to "clip" the pages from their magazines so we can save and share them. That's what will make this format workable.

Their recipes are some of the best! They turn out as described, are usually simple to make, and the whole family enjoys them!! It has helped me add a bit of spice to our regular home cooked menu.

If you like advertisements, this is your magazine. Otherwise, I would skip this one.

For someone like myself who is just beginning to eat healthy, this magazine is to advanced, It is definitely for the more learned vegetarian, who might recognize half the items called for in there recipes

I expected more vegan recipes. There are too many recipes with dairy. The more dairy, the more health problems in our society.

love all the articles and recipies, but I can't print recipes I want to keep, even though I can save pages on my nook I don't like to cook with my nook around, (avoid spills).
