Overview

Venice is perfect for their honeymoon. Unless an assassin plays his cards right…

Richard and Rose, Book 3

At long last, it is Lord and Lady Strang’s wedding day. Yet no sooner do Richard and Rose leave their wedding breakfast than two shots ring out, forcing a hasty change in honeymoon plans. Instead of traveling together by yacht, Richard goes on ahead, making sure the road to Venice is safe for his beloved.

Rose is by no means alone, however. Along her journey by packet, coach, even mule, she befriends young couple, the Ravens, who have a strange confession to make. They are traveling incognito—and are really the newlywed Lord and Lady Strang!

Once reunited in Venice, Richard and Rose heat up the sheets, making Richard consider the delightful possibility of keeping his wife in bed for the rest of their stay. Except Venice is as full of knaves as London, and one of them is still trying to find them with a bullet.

The Ravens could hold the key to the assassination attempts. Or perhaps they are playing a deadly game of their own…

    Best Love Story Ever!

I'm not a fan of sappy romances, but love historical romance novels. The trick for me is finding a happy medium. I have with this series. I have never been more excited to read the next installment to see what happens next.

    Lictios saga:The Beginning,part 1

Hello,I'm Lictios, the son of Latios&Latias. I look just like my father except I'm yellow instead of blue on top. My father,Latios, died saving this mystical watery paradise from two thieves and a flood. He left Latias,a "fortune"(in pokemon standards this means different berries and stones that some pokemon need to evolve),and me. She only married Fang,an abandoned absol with extra sharp teeth, because of pokemon law. Latias felt no love towards him. I knew Fang was evil, but time will tell how evil he was.|}¿-¿{| On one Saturday, I visited my best friend Emolchie(yes,my best friend is a girl pokemon),a pokemon with the head and body of an Emolga, wings of a Golbat, and silky fur of a Minnchino,to ask her about something about our friendship when we were attacked!~Lictios

I am so glad to have discovered this series. This one, the third book, takes up smoothly to carry on explaining the love between Richard and Rose and also revealing the identity of their mysterious enemy. The ending was too abrupt. 5 stars only because the lovely descriptions of the relationships not only between R and R but also their relationship with Grevase and Freddy.

This is the third book in the series of Richard and Rose. I als

This is the third book in the series of Richard and Rose. I also read book one and two. I really liked the series, the only thing I felt this third book should have been included in the second series, I would have given this another star except for this. But I still enjoyed it, You almost felt like you were in Venice and it is exciting when they meet a couple that is involved in deceitful characters. They mystery continues as Richard and Rose are once again on the move due to someone trying to kill them. If you are reading the series it is well worth the read. ,
