    Hormonal Help.

Venus On Fire Mars On Ice, by John Gray, Ph.D. (2010) - the information on hormonal balance (both testosterone & oxytocin) and nutrition was great! Also, the importance of adequate sleep was on point. Emergency Man and the "cave" were comical. Plenty of LOL! moments make this a great/wonderful book to improve our relationships and our health in general.
