She is one of my all-time favorites! Red herrings galore - you think you know "who done it" and by the end you realize you're wrong but had it right half-way thru the book but you didn't know why! Dry British wit, clever dialogue and just enough description to ensure you know what the characters are seeing and feeling. All of her Lloyd and Hill books are highly recommended -- but read in order of publishing dates. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
