Description: This pocket book is intended as a quick reference for veterinary technicians and veterinary technician students on topics ranging from emergent patient care, nursing care, diagnostic procedures, and common drugs to recordkeeping and OSHA regulations.
Purpose: The purpose was to provide students and technicians "an easy-to-follow, quick and comprehensive reference guide that they can literally fit into their pockets."
Audience: It is written for veterinary technicians and veterinary technician students for clinical use.
Features: The book uses tabs as well as a table of contents for every section on the tab dividers, making it easy for readers to find the information they need. It also includes many tables, pictures, and helpful tips throughout the book.
Assessment: This will be a very useful, handy reference for technicians and students.
