Buckle your seat belts and get ready for an exciting, inspirational adventure that will take you on a journey through the enchanting and effervescent culture of India to the wholesome great plains of Oklahoma City in Dr Krishna's moving and personal story "Vibrant: To Heal and Be Whole"! Dr. Krishna, humbly, uses his life experiences, revealing how to cope with life's obstacles and to gain insight establishing a physical, mental and spiritual well-being essential to living a vibrant life. This book educates us on the art of happy living, living with hope and providing a spirit of resilience in the face of adversity. Dr. Krishna's intimate story gives a meaningful impact to make a positive difference in one's journey in life.
I will be purchasing multiple copies of this book to share with friends because of both the compelling story of the author's life and the wisdom he shares through this work. I have heard Dr. Krishna speak and listened to his recorded lectures and am excited that through his well written book, the insights he has to share about living a happy and fulfilling life will be disseminated more broadly. The autobiographical sections of the book are juxtaposed with learning from his experiences and relevant advice based on that learning. From the chapter on "Connection, Gratitude, and Claiming Your Spirit" comes the following: "There are many angles from which to view others. It is like light. There is only one sun, but it casts its light to form many perspectives. If you are facing a dire situation, look for another angle. Understand that over time, you may uncover the deeper meaning. Just take one step toward hope." Murali Krishna's story is one of hope . . . something the world needs a great deal more of. I highly recommend it.
