    Nice twist to vamp slaying

Think Buffy with a historical twist. I am not generally one for historical settings, but this was well written. The characters are quirky and likeable. I will definitely invest in the series.

    more from this reviewer

This give a taste of the heat and adventure

LOVE the series of Victoria by Colleen Gleason. She keeps you on your toes with her twist in plot. The heroine is a strong powerful women who is not afraid to go after her destiny though it's deadly. She has an iron core and a fiery passion the men in her life are drawn to.

    short and OK

Strange story and I like these types. It was a quick read. If you have nothing better to do but heck, it was free.

    Great Series! A must Read

This little sneak peak is nothing compared to the series. Once I started reading this series I couldn't wait to get to the next book. I'm hoping Colleen continues to write a few more books to go with this series. My husband even started to read the series and is waiting for the next!!

    Very disappointing

Only 46 pages of the title story, then another preview and ads for others. Readers should get what is shown.

    Good boo

Victoria and her friend were going to a ball. And she does not want to see any vampires at the ball that night. Victoria Gardella Grandworth was a Venator a vampire hunter descended from a long line of slayer's in the Gardella family. I enjoyed this novel after the first one and also the others also enjoyed. Disappointed

100+ pages of advertising drivel 40+ pages of a rushed incomplete short story advertisement for the full book. Save your time and pass.
