Petti Oliver is the first and only Haitian on the V.I. police force. Born with her grandmother’s gift of ESP, Oliver is familiar with voodoo. When an eleven-year-old boy is gunned down in the parking lot of a public housing community, Oliver brings her own brand of justice to hunt for the killers. When she takes on the bad guys, the results are as explosive as they are unexpected.

Emelda A.”Sandra” Edwards is a playwright with several produced plays. Her most recent full-length play, EIGHT TO FIVE, GOVERNMENT WORKERS’ STYLE, was produced July 2010,in the Virgin Islands to sold-out audiences.
