    i used this cookbook a long time ago, I lost this book several years ago ,moving from virginia to Italy and have been looking for another copy since then , I just ordered a new one .this is the best cook book and has wonderful tips for company that just drops in. must try it

    Highly recommended!

    The recipes in this cookbook are of a never-fail category! I feel very safe using a new recipe from this book for company, knowing that it will be a winner. Bon appetit!

    A perfect gift from the Southern Traveller

    This is found in most Southern cooks' kitchen libraries as a most useful resource for consistently successful entertaining. Without attempt to be the encyclopaedia or the comprehensive guide to cuisine, this book the backbone of many warm Southern home. It is an especially thoughful host(ess) gift that is always treasured.
