    Holy Crap

I cannot believe I even got through this trite & lame book. Where shall I start? The grammatical errors were horrible; IF there was a comma, it was used incorrectly 90% of the time. The protagonist seemed likeable, at first, but that changes. And I'm sorry, but the author paints lesbians out to be alcoholic, emotionally retarded sluts who blame themselves for EVERYTHING that goes wrong with seemingly endless bank accounts.

That is just not right. My lesbian friends are NOT rich! This book was awful: "I know I seen it." Is just one of the many irritating sentences. Not worth the cash; even the sex scenes lacked. Snooze.

    Totally enjoyed this book

First off I must say that although submitted as a 'lesbian romance' I, (a gay male), totally enjoyed this book. Kelly writes with personal style and inviting ambiance. I felt totally welcome in Melissa (Mel) Hadley's world. Zarembski has a strong ability to make her characters real and believable. Mel is no exception nor the lost Sarah or Mel's family of friends. I read this book while my lover of twenty-four years was literally going through heart surgery. So I was a little nervous to say the least. Considering that I knew a portion of the subject in 'Visions Of Sarah' was the loss of a lover just made me more anxious. However, Kelly's style and characters quickly enwrapped and welcomed me. I found some relief in Mel's rationalizing over the loss of Sarah. And indeed amusement at her friend's attempts to cheer. Make no mistake this is not a book of morn, but rather Mel's road back from that dark place of loss. Peppered with memories and loving helpful friends the story is an easy and touching read. From the tender and trembling first kiss to the more relaxed Mel later in the book. This character becomes a friend. Yes this is a lesbian romance however Zarembski transcends gender with her universal understanding of relationships, and makes this topical for all. A must read!

    Visions of Sarah

This book is one of the best lesbian romance novels I have ever read. Never have I been so moved by a character in a book, the emotions that I felt, I actually cried. This author really makes you feel the pain of the main character Mel over the loss of her lover, and then the challenges of getting on with her life. A very realistic read. Don't get me wrong, fantasy is nice too but books that follow along with everyday life are books that can make a person feel the emotions of the characters and even see a little of themselves. I feel this author has great talent and I for one am looking forward to her next book.

    you'll like this new author!

Visions of Sarah is a fascinating tale of love, betrayal, loss, and hope. When Melissa ¿Mel¿ Hadley looses her longtime lover to cancer, she knows her own life will eventually move on. What Mel doesn¿t know is how perilous the journey will be. Along the road, she must come to terms with her loss as well as her romantic feelings toward Windy, her seemingly unavailable boss and friend. As Mel tries to heal, she finds herself launched headlong into the dating scene, where she faces more heartbreak. Eventually, Mel must examine her conflicting emotions and find the real key to peace. Zarembski is an imaginative new author with guts and instinct, qualities that give her the potential to become one of the greats in alternative romance writing.

    Visions of Sarah

This author made me care deeply for her protagonist Mel. The characters come to life on the page and subsequently make you feel their pain and sorrow, as well as their deep friendships and intense lust. The storyline is impactive and only makes you want for more. The best thing this author could do would be to write a second novel

    Visions of Sarah

This is a truly enjoyable romance novel that really kept my interest throughout the whole book. I did not want to put it down because my curiosity was peaked as to what would happen next to the main character Mel. Mel is a wonderful, loving woman who grieves over the loss of her partner Sarah and tries to go on with her life. She yearns for another partner to spend her life with and has several relationships. Some good, and some bad. Many problems arise through the book that makes you wonder what will happen next to wonderful, loving and caring Mel. You can't help but love her and feel for her. Some areas of the story are tragic and some are laughable. The author did an excellant job of writing this novel, and will keep your emotions going up and down and your feelings both happy and sad. This was a very enjoyable novel and I can't wait to read more books by this author.
