The Visual Basic 2010 Programmer's Reference, is the accumulation and processes of previous developments and contains many features than can be use only in VB2010 (or VB10).
Visual Studio 2010, is the best (for now) in .NET development and Rod, have been able to do the know-how, how-to and putting all his experience to present to us an excellent textbook, which is good for the beginner, and the pro and all between.
The book describe all the topics with a very simple language easy to read, understand and to do the practice.
The book contains the foremost topics, as we all know, there is no book that contains it all, but it is a good book describing the topics on it.
