Visual Project Maps (VPMs) provide you with a collaborative tool to get your projects moving quickly and to build engagement with your team. They enable you bring a group together in the shortest timescale to execute your project efficiently and effectively.

VPMs are a tool for thinking about projects. They provide a navigable map of your 'Project Space' and promote a common understanding within your team. About the Author

Dr Rob Collins is a visiting fellow of Kellogg College Oxford and regularly teaches courses at the University. He teaches public courses in Project Risk Management, Lean Six Sigma and Agile Project Management through Oxford University’s Department of Continuing Professional Development. He also teaches on two modules of the Software Engineering MSc delivered through the world famous Computing Laboratory in Oxford.

As well as his academic teaching work Rob regularly provides consultancy to industry in the area of Business Process Excellence and Systems Engineering. He gained his Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma from Lockheed Martin – the world's largest Systems Engineering company and a world-leader in advanced technology.

As well as his undergraduate degree in Physics and Computing, Rob holds a PhD completed within a Psychology Department. Rob’s PhD focussed on training, psychology and processes for introducing complex technology into learning environments. Rob completed an MBA in 2012 at Henley Business School. He thus has a strategic business view as well as deep understanding and practical experience of hands-on process improvement in technology and service.
