    Combining Anatomy and Karate

    This book gives an interesting insight into anatomy and karate. It is Korean, but has principles applicable to all karateka. You will find it helpful at higher levels, and can be easily modified to different styles. I suspect it draws from other styles. A good add to the karateka library.
