Thank you for your interest in VL-45. I have to warn you from the begining that this book borders on the darker side of crime. Inspired by true events I witnessed in the line of duty I wrote about an issue that is growing larger and larger here in Texas.
I look forward to your reviews and again, thank you for your time.

Story wasn't too bad but I thouht it needed a little more content. Had several gramtical errors, such as "duck" tape. It's duct tape, and taped only has 1 p. If you can get past those things it was a pretty good, fast read. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

This story is one of a vigalante seeking revenge against a formidable gang.
There are numerous gramatical errors and spelling which are distracting. Editing would have helped. A man ejects semen, not seaman for a DNA test!
The characters Wyatt and Doc are interesting, but need to be better drawn. I can't clearly picture either of them.
The vigalante is a too much of a super hero for me, ala Sylvester Stallone in his action films where he would blow away fifty bad guys and triumph with a minor scratch on his head, while drenched in sweat, his muscles rippling.
The writer does a nice job of multiple voices in the story each giving their POV and to his credit, it was not confusing which character was speaking.
However, the vigalante was a bit too clever and the FBI and local cops too incompetent. With the slaughter on the level protrayed in the book, the FBI would have more than one agent involved.
Overall a good read with a couple of minor mediocre twists and an ending a little over the top.
However, the writer has some talent and this story with another rewrite or so could be quite a fine work for this genre.

I really liked the storyline! Could use some editing re. spelling and grammar, but I would recommend it as it stands. I would be interested in reading more from this author! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

This book held my interest and flowed well. Some times we would be better off if the good guys were sometimes be allowed to be bad guys. The anti-hero rides again. There are quite a few spelling errors but that didn't change the story for me; just improved my spelling. Book was free so can't complain. I would read the author again. Was this review helpful? Overall, I liked the concept and storyline; the subject matter was a little hard to handle (killing of children) in some areas. I liked the characters. They could have been developed just a bit more. I would recommend this book. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
