When I knew I was going to start an anger management and coping group for young kids, I was nervous as all get out. This book is great. It is 100% practical and the worksheets are such great visualizations that the kids can keep in their mind. I teach ALL my clients who experience anger issues about the anger rules and the anger volcano inside you - even adults.
