Meet the Author

Dr. Paula Bartley has taught in schools and universities and has been an external examiner for undergraduate courses. She co-founded the Women in History series for Cambridge University Press. Her more recent book include Emmeline Pankhurst (2002), Ellen Wilkinson: From Suffragist to Government Minister (2013).
