The OCR software used to scan this edition was either poorly calibrated or very rudimentary. No attempt to edit it, either. Don't bother. Find a legible copy elsewhere.

This book was scanned, and it shows: typos on every page, making it very hard to read. I think I'll pay for a proof-read book next time, even if it's out of copyright...
