Mouse

Mouse leaps back in surprise as Lilywolf drops from the sky. Her heart racing, she is silent as Lilywolf throws acusation after acusation at her. Half of them she hadn't understood at the time, such as the danger of crossing other clans borders. The others she hadn't been taught the seriousness of in her short time in the clan, and she'd excused them in her mind up until now. "Wind don't!" She yells as he retaliated, quickly pushing him away and standing between the two of them. 'Wind is not the same as Roman,' her mind yells in protest, but the tabby keeps quiet so as not to evoke any more of Lilywolf's anger. As the Horseclan warrior leaves, Mouse looks at Wind sadly. She knows she cannot stay here forever, but if she follows Lilywolf back to the clan there was no telling if or when she would see him again. "I will come back, I promise," she whispers, delivering a soft kiss on his cheek before starting after Lilywolf. The chocolate tabby is very intelligent, this much is true, but that did not mean she was wise and knew how to use her knowlege properly. She'd made plenty of mistakes and now Mouse dreads what awaited her back at the camp. ^Mouse^

    Lilywolf

The light gray tabby shecat looks at Blackclaw. "All our food is gone! Since this dang snow fell we haven't been able to hunt! And don't you dare talk to me about hunger! I was a loner before I joined Horseclan. I know about true hunger! And my clan is facing it right now! Now get your filthy claws off of me!" As Mouse sends Blackclaw tumbling off of her, Lilywolf growls, "You know nothing of clan loyalty! Of caring for something more than yourself! That is what the clans are for! And we are stronger then any rogue because of it!" Stalking away, the shecat bares her fangs in total disgust. ~ Lilywolf &hearts

Lilywolf to Mouse and Blackclaw (On Computer)

Lilywolf to Mouse and Blackclaw (On Computer)

The light gray tabby shecats gasps as she overhears the pair and focuses her eyes on Blackclaw's back. She has heard quite enough. Launching herself from the branch, she lands squarely onto Blackclaw, literally squishing him into the snow. She stands on top of the tom panting in an attempt to control her emotions. When she finally glares at Mouse, her ice blue eyes are a pool of hurt, sorrow, anger, and mostly betrayal. Lilywolf eventually speaks, her voice a deadly whisper. "Traitor! How could you Mouse? How could you?! After all we've been through. I thought... I thought Horseclan ment more to you then this..." The shecat lashes her tail and she must resist the urge to sink her claws into Blackclaw's pelt. "Shall I enlighten you on how many rules of the warrior code you broke? You trespassed on both Sandclan and Northclan's territories without any regard for how the consequences of your doing so may effect Horseclan. Do you want cats to die?! Horseclan is in no position to defend itself against one clan let alone two! But you didn't even bother to think about that did you?! Then you let this rogue escape and endangered everyone in the clans! He was being held in camp for a reason! It's not like we were going to kill him or anything! Why on earth didn't you...." Lilywolf's eyes widen. "You let him escape. You knew about it all this time and you lied to me!!! You were willing to let everyone live in fear of this rogue and for what?!" Snarling, the tabby continues in her hushed, furious tone, "Then you offered to steal prey for this very rogue. Do you think he needs it more then the starving cats at home?! We are barely getting enough food to eat without traitors like you giving it to rogues who should be in camp anyways! Obviously you don't care if we all starve!" Shuddering, Lilywolf then meows in a voice barely audible. "And now I find out you are having KITS?!" She shakes her head in utter disgust. "I would have thought you out of all cats would understand the pain traitors cost Mouse, especially after Roman. But instead you became one yourself. Horseclan was willing to be the family you never had! You always were distrusting of others, worried they'd let you down. But then you go and betray us for this... this ROGUE! You are the one untrustworthy. A clan cat is suppose to put her clan before ANYTHING else! Obviously you never intended to be one of us. Well now you will have plenty of time to spend with this rogue. Horseclan doesn't need traitors. If you're just going to keep treating us like dirt then don't even bother coming back!" Lilywolf stalks off of Blackclaw and shakes the tears from her eyes. "Now I will have to go warn the other clans about this. They do not need traitors on their lands either and I certainly won't let Horseclan take the blame for this!" Lilywolf turns and slowly pads away, tail dragging in the snow and ears flattened. She has dealt with a lot of betrayals throughout her life as Fang, Whitetail, Roman, and even River have proved. But this one hurt the most. She had thought Mouse was her friend. She thought perhaps she understood the ordeal she had gone through with Roman. But she obviously didn't. Heartbroken, Lilywolf pads back to Horseclan. - Lilywolf P.S. So I'm going back to camp to spend the day with Velvetstar! Lilywolf didn't officially banish her. She just is saying that if Mouse plans to continue betraying Horseclan then there's no point in her returning.
