So where is this primarch now.......considering what the book gives away.

I am very disappointed in this book.  The quality of the series has taken a hit the last two books.  Without giving away the plot, Vulkan suddenly has a trait that nobody has ever talked about before but would be interesting to write a book about. John Grammaticus makes another appearance and is quickly becoming my least favorite recurring character.  Skip this one unless you are a fan of the Salamanders or are going for completion credit of the series.
